Scott Baio may have been a hugely popular teen idol during his years on Happy Days and Joanie Loves Chachi, but there was nothing anybody could do to make him a pop star. You've heard of perfect pitch? He had the opposite of that. But even if he couldn't rock the mic, he could rock a Speedo.
