Look What The Easter Bunny Brought Me!

Actually, it wasn't the Easter Bunny, it was the U.S. Postal service, with an Amazon.com mandated Sunday delivery.

In case you aren't aware, Twisted Blade in the Arena is the fourth installment in Zach's Boys of Imperial Rome series. I will always recommend this series of books to any homosexualist with a hankering for a rollicking, good read. Basically, they have everything: history, mystery, sex, adventure, nefarious plots, gladiators, slave boys, supernatural creatures, action, romance... did I mention sex?  Of course they are all gloriously illustrated by that master of gay erotic art, Oliver Frey, but, and I can't stress this enough, even without the illustrations, which are the icing on the cake, the prose by Roger Kean more than stands on it's own. These are wholly entertaining, not just as "one-handed reading," but as exciting, funny, well-written historical pulp fiction. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself.

Vera, Oliver is a legend when it comes to erotic art. Bike Boy is a favourite of mine.

I hope he's keeping in touch here as I would want him to get news of the new blog
coming very soon now. Dee.

The image is sorta sexy but the stories are really rather twisted and creepy.
